We track your progress in a meaningful way, including body composition and metabolic health, so you can clearly see how your body is changing beyond just the number on the scale. With regular follow-ups and ongoing support, you’ll always know what to focus on next.Your health is a long-term investment—let’s build it the right way.

Initial Consultation & Treatment Plan – $299
(For pay-as-you-go – For membership pricing, see Membership & Packages)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive, one-on-one 60-minute evaluation designed to fully understand your health, goals, and unique challenges.
During this visit, we will review your medical history, lifestyle, and weight-loss journey, perform vital signs and a focused physical exam, and obtain body measurements along with a detailed body composition analysis. You’ll receive a printed report, and we’ll walk through your results together to help you better understand your body fat, muscle mass, and overall metabolic health.
From there, we develop your personalized plan using our Four Pillar Approach—behavior and mindset, nutrition, physical activity, and medical evaluation. This includes identifying the habits and patterns that impact your progress, building sustainable nutrition and movement strategies, and determining whether medication may be appropriate based on your health history, goals, and hunger patterns.
Following your visit, you’ll receive a personalized summary and action plan so you know exactly what to focus on moving forward.
Follow-Up Visits – $149
(For pay-as-you-go – For membership pricing, see Membership & Packages)
Your journey continues with one-on-one 30 minute follow-up visits designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and strategic adjustments as your body and lifestyle evolve.
Care begins with a follow-up at two weeks, followed by monthly visits, with the option for additional support as needed. During these visits, we review your progress, challenges, and successes, reassess vital signs and physical findings as appropriate, and update your Four Pillar Treatment Plan based on what’s working and where adjustments are needed.
Body composition analysis is repeated to track fat loss, muscle preservation, and metabolic progress, and medications are adjusted when indicated. Each visit is focused, personalized, and designed to keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Quarterly Metabolic Review – $349
(For Pay-as-you-go – For membership pricing, see Membership & Packages)
Your journey and progress is celebrated at each visit but especially at your quarterly review. This extended, one-on-one 60-minute visit is designed to highlight your wins, review meaningful progress, and reinforce the many ways your health and life are transforming—helping to build motivation and sustain long-term success.
This session focuses on both objective and subjective progress.
Objectively, we review detailed body composition changes compared to 90 days prior, including total weight loss (in pounds and percentage), visceral fat reduction, muscle mass preservation, and hydration levels. We also track body measurements, blood pressure trends, changes in clothing fit, and, if desired, progress photos to visually capture transformation.
Subjectively, we assess how you’re feeling overall—your energy, confidence, mood, stress levels, and pain—ensuring that your progress reflects meaningful improvements in your day-to-day life.
This visit ensures your progress goes far beyond the scale—highlighting the many meaningful wins that deserve to be recognized and celebrated. This is what true metabolic health looks like, where lasting change is built, and where real transformation happens.

Is This Program For You?
Who This Program Is For
This program is not designed to be your first attempt at weight loss—it’s for those who have tried, often multiple times, and are ready for a different, more effective approach.
Ideal candidates are typically adults between the ages of 30–60 with a BMI of 30 or greater (or 27+ with weight-related conditions), who may be struggling with issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic pain, anxiety, or depression. Many have lost weight in the past but have not been able to sustain those results.
More importantly, this program is for those who feel a deeper level of readiness.
Many individuals struggle not because they lack discipline, but because they’ve been caught in cycles of short-term thinking—trying to undo years of habits in a matter of weeks, chasing quick results, and feeling discouraged when those results don’t last.
This program takes a different approach.
It is built for individuals who are ready to view their health as a long-term investment—focusing on small, sustainable changes practiced consistently over time, without extreme restriction or unrealistic expectations.
It is also for those who have lost weight before, only to regain it, and are tired of wondering if lasting success is even possible.
This program is for people motivated by something bigger—their health, their energy, their quality of life, their family, and their future. People who are ready to stop starting over, do things differently, and commit to a process that creates real, lasting change.
If staying the same has become more painful than changing, this may be the right next step.
Who This Program Is NOT For
This program may not be the right fit for everyone—and that is intentional.
It is not designed for individuals seeking quick fixes, rapid short-term results, or highly restrictive approaches. It is also not a passive program. Lasting change requires consistency, engagement, and a willingness to make sustainable lifestyle adjustments over time.
We do not focus on temporary weight loss—we focus on long-term transformation.
If you are looking for something fast, easy, or effortless, there are many options that may better align with your expectations. However, if you are ready for a structured, personalized approach built on accountability and lasting results, this program was designed for you.
