We certainly can appreciate that times of illness and developing cold symptoms may require rescheduling your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are experiencing cold like symptoms, or have received a positive COVID -19 test. Your practitioner will be able to help you determine if we can honor your appointment. We appreciate your respect for the practitioner’s time and other clients who are in need of health care services provided here.


A credit card is used to reserve your appointment, but will not be charged at the time of booking. All bookings within 24 hours of a desired time slot, will require a phone call to schedule at 410-838-8463 (VINE). Scheduling appointments ahead of time is recommended and required for all services, but please feel free to contact us the day of to see if we have availability.


The Vine requires 24-hour notice to cancel all appointments. If cancelled the same day or in the event of a “no show”, you will be charged full price for the service that was scheduled.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are no charge.

Class Cancellation

The Vine requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all classes. Cancellations with less than the 24-hour notice, will not be refunded. In order to reserve your spot in class, you must sign up online or call the front desk to add your reservation. The cancellation policy has been put into place to allow other Vine guests to participate, if you are unable to come. Please be aware that a “no show, no call”, will result in no refund.

Late Arrival

We value the time of every practitioner as much as yours. If you are running late, we can accommodate you with the rest of your allotted time. You will be responsible to pay for the service you scheduled in full.

No Shows

No shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled and this will result in less bookings.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are to be used for services only and have no redeemable cash value. There is a 1-year expiration date from the time of purchase for all gift certificates.

Spa Etiquette

In order for everyone to enjoy a healthy living experience, we ask that soft voices are used so as not to disturb Vine guests that are having treatments.
Please silence your phones once you enter our waiting area and refrain from being on your phone while you are here. Take the time to unplug!
We have kids too, but for safety reasons; children must always have adult supervision.

New Guests

Please be sure to fill out all health screen forms before your appointment as they are sent to you online at the time of booking. We want you to receive the full time of service and provide the best quality care from your practitioner.
