Hey Yall! I’m Shantel Lee, a dedicated Massage Therapist based in Baltimore, Maryland. I embarked on my journey in the world of massage therapy back in 2011 when I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage.

My love for massage is deeply rooted in its remarkable healing powers, particularly in pain management and alleviating discomfort without reliance on medication. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and am committed to facilitating that process through therapeutic touch.

In addition to my extensive hands-on experience, I bring over ten years of teaching massage to aspiring therapists. This background has enriched my practice, allowing me to share my passion for the healing arts and contribute to developing the next generation of massage professionals.

My primary modalities include deep tissue massage and Trigger Point, which I find incredibly effective in addressing muscle tension. To enhance the experience, I incorporate hot stones, creating a powerful combination that works wonders in releasing stress and promoting overall well-being.

While I am capable of providing relaxing massages, my passion lies more on the therapeutic side of the spectrum. Your time and investment are best utilized in sessions that remove muscle tension, allowing you to experience long-lasting relief. I aim to empower you to relax during our sessions and daily life – at home, work, or other personal pursuits.

Having spent years in the field and as an educator, I’ve witnessed the transformative effects of massage on individuals seeking natural solutions for pain and stress. Outside of my practice, you might find me Working on my Bachelor’s degree to pursue my goal of becoming a Chiropractor, reflecting my commitment to a holistic and balanced lifestyle.
