We provide primary care with personalized attention, incorporating functional medicine to enhance preventative healthcare. We also provide functional medicine consults for those who already have a primary care provider.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
Patients can expect a welcoming, no-rush enviroment. We utilize “The Living Matrix,” an electronic platform, to assist us in getting a detailed history. Patients complete their intake forms on line prior to their appointment. The initial intake may take 2 hours in order to assess and address patient concerns. We will incorporate appropriate referrals to medical specialties, laboratory testing, and functional medicine testing into the patient care plan. Patients can expect to take an active role in their healthcare.
