Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is a fact-finding endeavor where clients will set short and long-term health goals such as symptom and diagnosis management, improving metabolic labs, chronic disease management, and working towards optimal functional health. At this time, clients can expect a deep dive into their health history, symptom review, blood-lab review, nutrition-focused physical exam and a review of lifestyle factors including diet, movement, sleep, rest, and stress management. Functional Labs may be recommended at this time. Some dietary and lifestyle recommendations will be offered during the initial consultation, however a majority of recommendations and protocols will be provided during follow-up consultations as the initial consultation is more about fact-finding and root cause analysis.

Follow-Up Consultation
During follow-up consultations, clients will receive a thorough dietary protocol along with lifestyle recommendations. If functional lab testing was performed, results will be reviewed during this time and a personalized protocol will be provided for a targeted approach to care. Continued review of diet, movement, sleep, rest, and stress management approaches and recommendations will be provided at this time as well.

The Salivary Cortisol lab looks at cortisol levels at six points throughout the day, including CAR (Cortisol Awakening Response) to ensure adequate stress-response. This unique nutritional test combines several methodologies and biomarkers synthesizing the results into a dynamic report for easy interpretation. Hair Toxic Elements Exposure + Consult
This lab provides information regarding recent and ongoing exposure to potentially toxic metals such as arsenic, aluminum, lead, methylmercury and more. Toxic elements may be 200 to 300 times more concentrated in hair than blood or urine. Therefore, hair is the tissue of choice for detection of recent exposure to many potentially toxic elements. Testing requires 125mg of hair cut 1″ from the root. Clients will receive personalized detoxification healing protocols for a targeted approach to care.
