Chiropractic Initial Evaluation
(30 Minutes) This is for new patients only and includes the initial evaluation of the patient’s recent or chronic injury to an area or areas of the body, review of the online health screen with history of injury, physical and neurological evaluation, written referrals for imaging. There is no treatment performed on this visit.

Chiropractic Report of Findings
( 30 Minutes ) This is visit begins with a review of the patients imaging ( X-ray or MRI imaging and report ) to allow the patient to better understand any underlying disorder that may be producing their condition. If there are no contraindications, a care plan will be recommended for the patient and spinal manipulation and therapy modalities will be performed to the areas evaluated on the initial examination.

Chiropractic Re-exam
( 30 Minutes) This is an exam performed on a patient that has not been seen for treatment in 90 days or has a new injury or an injury to an area of the body that was not previously treated and X-rays or other imaging may need to be performed for the new injury or area not previously treated. Treatment will be performed to include spinal manipulation and electric muscle stimulation.

Adjustment-Returning Patient
Spinal manipulation to only the injured areas of the body that were evaluated on the initial evaluation. It’s designed to relieve pressure on joints and spinal nerves, reduce inflammation, and improve joint and nerve function. It is used to for the treatment of the low and mid back, pelvis neck, shoulder, and headache pain.

Therapeutic Ultrasound
This modality combines therapeutic ultrasound (example: used for sports injuries, sprains/strains, tendonitis, bursitis, muscle spasm and nerve pain, etc.) and electrical stimulation. Ultrasound is an effective way to treat swelling of muscles, joints, and ligaments.? Ultrasound can be used to treat a wide range of health problems. But, it’s most commonly used to solve problems in muscle tissue. The heating effect of the ultrasound helps to heal muscle pain and reduces chronic inflammation.

Dry Needling
Trigger-point dry needling is an invasive procedure where a fine needle or acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin and muscle. It is aimed at myofascial trigger points (MTrP) which are hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band. Trigger point dry needling can be carried out at superficial or deep tissue level.
