- Join balance specialist, Dr. Kristina Spencer, for a group fitness class to promote balance through your three natural systems: touch, visual, and vestibular.
- Vestibular what? Your inner ear houses your sense of equilibrium and will be challenged to maintain your best-balanced self.
- We will incorporate balance, stretching, and various Tai Chi movements to maximize your overall quality of function.
- The moves in this class can be modified for all ages and levels of fitness.
- They can be done seated, standing, or even lying down.
- Improve balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, relaxation, circulation, posture, fall prevention, and so much more!
